EMDR Intensives
Healing doesn't always fit into a 50-minute hour. EMDR Intensives offer extended, focused time to move through what's been holding you back, often in far less time than weekly therapy alone.
What Is EMDR?
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) helps your brain reprocess distressing memories so they no longer feel overwhelming in the present. Using guided eye movements or other bilateral stimulation, EMDR helps your brain file stuck experiences away as past, instead of something that still feels alive today. It's backed by decades of research and often brings relief in far fewer sessions than talk therapy alone. The goal isn't to erase the memory, it's to reduce the intensity of its emotional charge.
Session Structure
Extended Sessions (2–4 Hours)
Best for working through one specific memory, fear, or event. A 2–4 hour session gives you room to fully process without the stop-and-start of a standard weekly appointment — a good fit if you want focused progress but aren't ready for a full day.
$650 Extended Session
Full-Day Intensives (1 Day)
Best for working through several related memories or one major event in a single, concentrated sitting. Ideal if you're facing a big transition, have multiple memories tied to one theme, or simply want to dedicate a full day to deeper progress instead of spreading it out over months.
$1300 Full Day
What EMDR Intensives Can Target
Specific traumatic events — accidents, loss, medical trauma, or other experiences that still feel "stuck"
Shame rooted in ADHD — old shame from years of "not trying hard enough" that lingers even after diagnosis
Guilt tied to current situations — present-day guilt often fueled by old beliefs; EMDR helps loosen its grip
